A new regulation by the Football League, effective from September 3rd 2010, now requires every club to declare publicly the identity of any individual who directly or indirectly owns a stake of 10 per cent or more in that club.

Deepdale PNE Holdings Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Grovemoor Limited, a company incorporated in the Isle of Man and controlled by Mr Trevor Hemmings.
