The club has been made aware of an issue with season ticket holders trying to use their Virgin Trains discount.
Supporters have been unable to book travel for dates after 31st May, despite terms and conditions stating the discount is available until 30th June 2017.
After liaising with Virgin Trains, our travel sponsor have looked into the issue and have acknowledged that the offer available does not match their promise in the terms and conditions.
By way of an apology, Virgin Trains will be offering the discount for an extended period and the discount will now end mid-August.
Please be aware that while the changes are made to the system, some supporters may still experience issues. Please allow up to two weeks for the change to be completed, if after this period you are still unable to use the discount for journeys after May 2017, please contact Virgin Trains.
