The School Sports Programme

5 July 2013

The Preston North End Community and Education Trust works closely with local primary schools to offer a range of services to young people in order to improve sports participation, education, and more.

Our mix of QTS teaching staff and FA licensed coaches have experienced working with all ages and abilities. All staff hold relevant qualifications, including child protection and an enhanced CRB/DBS clearance, ensuring they can lead a group of young people in whatever activity the school requires.

The PNE ‘School Sports Programme’ fits in line with the National Curriculum and meets the criteria required for the Sports Premium Funding.

There are a variety of classes and sessions on offer throughout the programme along with a mixture of other benefits for your school which are outlined below.

The programme costs a total of £2,000 per year to be implemented in one class per year group in your school, though a reduced package is available for smaller schools with combined classes.

All of the packages below are available individually. To book a programme for your school, or for further information, contact the Community and Education Trust on 01772 693309 or by email community@pne.com.
