North End's 100-paged programme received the award ahead of tough competition from other Championship sides.
Praised for it's 'eye-catching' front cover and easy to read layout and design, this season's edition stood out from the rest.
On reviewing the programme, the magazine states: "A very thick bumper packed programme with a striking front cover from a previous match, blue and white for added effect, hard backed cover and easy on the eye, the layout of this programme deserves a mention. In my opinion, better than the other strong entries from this division in the past few sport traders such as Rotherham, Brentford and Birmingham City."
North End received a score of 9/10, higher than the three other divisional winners, Leicester City, Bolton Wanderers and Mansfield Town.
The club are delighted toreceive the award and will be taking on board ideas from supporters over the coming months with a view to maintaining the high standard of the matchday programme.
