Alan Browne is hoping for more success with Preston North End next season after signing a new deal with the Club.
Having joined North End 18 months ago, the midfielder has faced both disappointment and success in his time at Deepdale so far and it's provided vital experience for the young Irishman.
"It's been an amazing experience so far, there's been a lot of ups and downs but fortunately it's been mostly ups in the last couple of months or so. It's great to get the Club back into the Championship.
"It's great to see so many people sign back on. We've talked time and time again about how much togetherness there is in this squad and I think the lads committing themselves to the Club shows that and hopefully we can stick together and go again this season.
"I can't wait, obviously we're going to up against tougher opposition, we will come across teams who play a different style of football and we will have to adapt to that.
"There might not be many people that think we can challenge this season but I firmly believe we can.
"We're not just coming up as a League One club, just to be in it, we want to go again and look to get promoted again this season."
