Ben Davies has extended his loan spell with York City until the end of the 2013/14 season.
The Preston North End Academy product has been on loan at York City since July and has started 25 games for the Club.
After impressing on his initial loan, Nigel Worthington has decided to extend the full back’s stay in Yorkshire until the end of the 2013/14 season.
Davies is on a youth loan deal and can be recalled at 24 hours’ notice.
He has helped his current Club to four cleansheets in their last eight matches.
York City currently sit 17th in the Sky Bet League Two table and everyone at Preston North End would like to wish Ben well at Bootham Crescent for the remainder of this campaign.
