Gaffer Looks Ahead To 100th Game In Charge At North End

18 December 2014

Simon Grayson will take charge of his 100th game at Preston North End when his side travel to Peterborough United on Saturday.

Pleased with the progress the Club has made in his time here so far, the gaffer told PNE Player he is looking to continue the progress with the first focus being on getting three points on Saturday at the  ABAX Stadium.

"The games have gone very quickly, obviously I've enjoyed my time here so far and obviously trying to progress all the time, tough game at the weekend, Peterborough, who are obviously one of the favourites to be at the very least in the top six.

"They've brought some new players in in terms of McLean and Mackail-Smith, when I say new, they're from different clubs but obviously been at Peterborough before.

"We've just got to try and build off the performances and the results that we've had over the last few weeks. It's a tough game, respect for them as we always have with every team that we play but obviously we want to continue our form that we are in at this moment in time."
