Grayson Happy To Be Faced With Selection Headaches

2 March 2015

Manager Simon Grayson is happy to have a tough decision on his hands when it comes to selecting his starting Xl to face Doncaster Rovers on Tuesday night.

The PNE boss could see defender Tom Clarke return to contention, and that would mean a fully fit squad to choose from as North End look for their sixth win in six league games, something Grayson is more than happy with.

"They are all coming back and it's great to have at this stage of the season. The last thing you need to be doing really when you're going into the last 14 games of the season is looking over your shoulder into your squad and thinking what options are available and what have I got to come off the bench and how can I change it.

"When the team is doing well, you don't need to change it too much anyway, but also to have those options available to you if you want to change it is obviously fantastic from our point of view.

"When you look at the weekend, you had Browne, Brownhill, Buchanan, King and Andy Little all sat in the stand, unfortunately for them, but we did say, they've all played a part, they all will play a part from now until the end of the year and that can only mean success hopefully."
