John Welsh scooped the top award at the 2013 Player of the Year Awards at Deepdale on Sunday night.
The Liverpudlian also scooped the Players’ Player of the Year Award on a gala night in the Invincibles Lounge at Deepdale.
The midfield man was a clear winner of the thousands of votes sent in via the Club’s official website, PNE.Com, and other sources.
Young player of the year was presented to Australian centre half Bailey Wright, whilst Nicky Wroe picked up the goal of the season for his 50-yard wonder strike at home to Scunthorpe United just three weeks before.
Ben Davies picked up the Scholar of the year, whilst an award for outstanding development was presented to Will Hayhurst on the evening that was sponsored by Dewhurst Homes.
