Open Evening For Education Programme

29 January 2016

If your son or daughter is interested in continuing their education at Preston North End, the Club is hosting an open evening for September’s intake.

The Preston North End football programme is a unique and exciting opportunity for young people aged between 16 to 19-years of age to gain a first class education and train and compete in a professional environment.

The Club offers a L3 BTEC and FDa (Foundation Degree) in sport. The BTEC level three extended diploma is equivalent to three A levels and provides students with the opportunity to go into higher education as well as preparing them for the sport and leisure industry.

Students also have the opportunity to represent their local club and play in competitive Futsal and ECFA leagues against Blackpool, Burnley, Blackburn and more.

The open evening on Monday 8th February, 7pm at Preston North End football Club in the Guild Lounge, Invincibles Pavilion will be your chance to find out more about the programme, as well as an opportunity to speak to members of staff any questions you may have about the course.

Education Manager, Graeme Atkinson said: “The education programme at Preston North End provides opportunities that comes with working at a football club, and with the resources the Club has at its disposal, it’s a fantastic place to learn in a real working environment.”
