PNE Player have all the action from Deepdale as North End claimed their first league win of the season
The Lilywhites continued where they left off against Crystal Palace with a 4-1 drubbing of Paulo Di Canio’s Swindon Town.
Racing out of the blocks, Preston took the lead through strike Akpo Sodje, before their lead was doubled when Nicky Wroe scored his fourth goal of the campaign.
Striker Stuart Beavon made it three before half-time, and even though the Robins pulled one back in the second half, North End restored their three goal advantage courtesy of John Welsh’s thunderbolt.
