Blackburn Rovers Game Allocation Sold Out

24 March 2016

North End will have a 7,000 strong following behind them when they head to Ewood Park in their next Sky Bet Championship fixture.

The Lilywhites face their local rivals from the east of Lancashire on Saturday 2nd April with a 12.30pm kick-off and they will be supported by their largest league following since another Lancashire derby back in 2000.

That game, also in April, saw PNE beat Wigan Athletic 1-0 at the JJB Stadium, thanks to Michael Jackson’s early goal sending the team ever closer to promotion to the Championship.

That day there were officially over 7,000 in the ground and other than Play-Off Finals, which is the biggest away following this millennia, with the trip to Ewood coming a close second.

The remaining upper tier tickets sold out on Thursday morning, well over a week before the game is due to be played, the second consecutive away sell out, following the Gentry Day trip to Bolton Wanderers.

Tickets are also now on sale for all the remaining home games, including the final derby of the season against Burnley and the last day visit to Deepdale of Simon Grayson and Jermaine Beckford’s former club Leeds United.

You can buy tickets for these games 24/7 over the Easter weekend mypne.com as well as tickets for the trips to Middlesbrough and Birmingham City. If you want to buy tickets in person, you can buy them from the Club shop on Easter Saturday between 9am and 5pm, otherwise the ticket office is closed for the next four days, reopening at 9am on Tuesday29th March.

Travel tickets for Blackburn are still on sale from the ticket office, departing Deepdale at 10.30am, priced £10 for all.
