The deadline to be a part of our Wall Of Fame is fast approaching, with supporters having until the close of business on Bank Holiday Monday, 31st May, to secure their place in our permanent tribute to legendary keeper Alan Kelly.

By taking your place in the Alan Kelly Wall Of Fame at Deepdale, supporters will have their name etched into a superb blue glazed brick which will become a permanent feature at PNE outside the stand named in honour of the Club hero.

The perfect gift for any Lilywhites fan who missed out on the Walk of Fame - or simply wants to pay tribute to Kelly - each purchase comes with a certificate of authenticity so you can enjoy your own momento at home.

The Club will also donate a percentage from the sale of every brick to the Kelly family's chosen cancer charity.

Walk of Fame / Wall of Fame background

The Sir Tom Finney Walk of Fame consisted of six separate phases containing over 2,500 individually engraved bricks. Since the last phase was completed many supporters have enquired about the Club creating a further phase by the splash statue.

The decision has been taken to create a Wall of Fame in memory of Alan Kelly to once again allow supporters to become a lasting part of Deepdale and also to create an area at the back of the Kelly stand which the Club and it's supporters can be proud of. The blue slips should certainly aesthetically improve the central block of the exterior Kelly wall, with an artists impression of the wall shown below.

Each slip allows for a maximum of two lines of text. Each line has a limit of 16 characters which includes punctuation and spaces. All bricks will be engraved in uppercase. The slips are priced at £49.99, with each supporter who purchases one receiving a certificate. Certificates will be posted out within two weeks of an order being placed.

The construction of the wall will commence shortly, enabling the new feature to open around the start of the forthcoming 2010/11 campaign.
