After giving words of advice to youngster Danny Mayor during a recent game against Doncaster Rovers, Callum Davidson was on hand to give some more advice days later, this time to students at St Matthews Primary School.

The Preston Captain visited the school two days after the Rovers match to speak to students about the importance of staying focused in the classroom and how education is vital for the future.

After speaking about the serious stuff, the children then fired their football related questions at Davidson, quizzing the Scotsman on issues from 'who is the best team he has ever played against', to 'which is the best ground he has ever played at.'

Following this, Davidson then visited each classroom in the school signing photographs for children as a memento for the day that they met the Preston Captain.
