Preston North End Football Club offers a range of facilities for all our disabled supporters, as well as disabled supporters from visiting clubs.
We offer a wide range of specialist facilities for wheelchair users, ambulant disabled requiring the help of an assistant, and those with a hearing impediment.
Our facilities include:
- Pitch level entry and seating for wheelchair users
- Elevated seating for wheelchair users in three stands with step-free access

- Toilet facilities and catering accessible to wheelchair users/ambulant disabled in all stands
Disabled supporters can book tickets on a season ticket or match-by-match basis. Please note that supporters requiring disabled seating are required to register with the club's disabled membership scheme before purchasing any tickets. To register, please visit the ticket office with proof of disability living allowance and two passport photos (this applies to both season tickets and matchday tickets). Supporters can then purchase matchday tickets at the disabled and helper rate upon production of their membership card.
Season ticket prices for one disabled supporter and their helper are priced as follows:
Alan Kelly Town End and Bill Shankly Kop: £157
Sir Tom Finney Stand and Invincibles Pavilion: £170
Matchday ticket prices for one disabled supporter and their helper are priced as follows:
Alan Kelly Town End and Bill Shankly Kop: £20
Sir Tom Finney Stand and Invincibles Pavilion: £22
Pre-matchday booking is advised but not essential for all disabled supporters seeking matchday tickets. Please contact the ticket office on 0870 442 1966 for all information regarding ticket bookings for supporters with a disability.
Visiting supporters requiring seating for the disabled are advised that an allocation of disabled and helper tickets will be sent to the visiting club for sales via their own ticket office.
