Half-Term Offer At The Museum

Posted on: Tue 28 Oct 2008

Get along to the National Football Museum at Deepdale this half term and keep the family entertained and amused.

There's always plenty to see, do and take part in, from family trails, to fun activities and a two-for-one offer on the ever popular Goalstriker penalty shoot out.

The 'hands on exhibition' Jumpers for Goalposts continues and activities based on the exhibition include Finga Foota Fun on Tuesday 28th October and Crafty Cards on Thursday 30th October. Both activities include plenty of drawing, sticking and making.

On Friday 31st October there's another of the popular 'Players from the Past' signing sessions. Ex Preston North End and Bolton Wanderers players will be at the museum to sign autographs and pose for photographs with fans, so remember your autograph book.

The museum is free to enter and is open from 10am - 5pm Tuesday to Saturday and 11am - 5pm on Sundays.

The 'two for the price of one' offer on Goalstriker, the interactive penalty shoot out is available on family tickets (two adults and two children) and one adult and one child tickets (normal price family ticket - £7.95, one adult and one child £4.95) upon production of this article in printed form or a copy of Tuesday night's PNE match programme from the game against Watford.

Also, anyone playing on Goalstriker will be entered into a draw for the new Hall of Fame book and a Roy of the Rovers book. Offer and draw runs from Tuesday 28th October - Sunday 2nd November.
