With the potential for some big games still to come this season, fans are asked to ensure that they are registered or their details are up to date and accurate on the Club's database.

By simply checking in the ticket office or Club shop, supporters can ensure that we have their accurate details but MyPNE.com also allows fans to check from the comfort of their own home.

The MyPNE.com online store offers fans an efficient service for purchasing both match tickets, season tickets and merchandise, including pre-ordering the brand new 2009/10 Canterbury home replica kit.

Supporters can register and change their details on the site whilst also adding 'friends and family' members to their account, to allow easy purchase on behalf of others.

By entering unique details of the members they wish to add, friends and family that you would like to include in any booking either now or in the future, can have their ticket attributed to their account.

This means that someone can purchase tickets for fellow members of their family online and ensure that the tickets are recorded against each member's account history. When the seats have been selected, simply choose a different member (by clicking on the name next to each ticket) and select from the drop-down list of names to attribute each ticket to the friend or family member in your list.

To add a friend or family member to your account simply login then click on the 'friends and family' option at the top of the site, then match the member number and postcode of those you wish to add. This member will then be added to your 'friends and family' list.

There is also an 'activate' option on the new site for any fans that have forgotten their login details. If any fan has forgotten their password but can confirm their member number, surname and postcode, their password will also be revealed to enable a quick login.

As usual, supporters are advised to keep their records up to date and mailing preferences selected accordingly. Supporters are advised not to create multiple new registrations if they believe they have already registered at some point.
