Boxing Day Travel News

Preston North End fans based in North Wales and Cheshire have been given a festive boost with the news that NWCPNE supporters group have organised coach travel for the Boxing Day clash at home to Scunthorpe.

The traditional Boxing Day fixture can prove hard to get to for some fans due to there being no trains but this coach service should help some fans get to the game.

The service starts at Llandudno Mostin Broadway at 10am then stops at Colwyn Bay Train Station (10.10am), Abergele Tesco (10.20am), Rhyl SeaLife Centre (10.30am), Prestatyn TA Hall (10.35am), Flint McDonalds Bus Stop (10.55am), Queens Ferry Ice Ring (11.05am), Chester Bus Station (11.20am), Crewe Train Station (11.50am). The bus should arrive at Deepdale at approximately 1.30pm and will depart at approximately 5.30pm.

Tickets for this service can be purchased from the ticket office by calling 0870 442 1966 or by visiting the ticket office in person. Tickets are issued on a strictly first come first served basis and are priced at £15 each or £12.50 if travelling from Chester or Crewe.
