Season Ticket Holders can buy their seat(s) online for the FA Cup clash with Chelsea on mypne.com.

It's a simple procedure and can be completed in a matter of minutes from the comfort of your own home!

Here is our step by step guide to buying/renewing on mypne:

1) If you are a regular user and know your login information, go to www.mypne.com and click on the LOGIN button at the very top of the home page. Login with your unique member number and password. Season ticket holders members numbers should be the same number printed inside the front cover of their season ticket booklets. If you know your member number but have forgotten your password you can 'activate' your account by clicking on the REGISTER button at the top of the screen and then clicking the activate tab on the left of the screen.

2) To login via the member activation tab all you have to provide is your season ticket number (located on the inside cover of your season ticket booklet and also your current membership number), your date of birth and your postcode. The information you supply must match the data we have recorded for you on our database. Click on the 'activate' tab on the left of the REGISTER page to fill in this information in the spaces provided.

If you still have problems logging in please do not re-register but instead email help@mypne.com for any account queries.

3) Once you have successfully logged in, click the matchday tickets button at the top of the site.

4) You should now select the Chelsea game from the list of fixtures displayed. By clicking on 'choose seat' you should now see your reserved season ticket seats for the Chelsea FA Cup fixture listed (only if you are a season ticket holder and logged in with the same member number you bought your season ticket under). If you have friends and family members who are also season ticket holders you should be able to see and purchase their seats at this point too.

If you are not a current season ticket holder, you will not be able to see the Chelsea fixture until after the season ticket holder sales period ends.

5) To buy your seat(s) simply place a ticket in the box to the left of your seat and add to your basket. Then simpy complete the necessary required payment information and proceed with your transaction as normal.

You must be validated to purchase tickets online in order to buy or renew your season ticket seat. If you are not validated you may see the message 'no allocation remains'. Please enquire at the ticket office or email help@mypne.com to request account validation. Validation requests can usually be processed quickly.

Any supporters that wish to purchase tickets on behalf of friends or family members are now able to add them to their list in the new 'friends and family' option.

By entering unique details of the members they wish to add, friends and family that you would like to include in any booking either now or in the future, can have their ticket attributed to their account.

This means that someone can purchase tickets for fellow members of their family online and ensure that the tickets are recorded against each member's account history. When logging in, if you are renewing on behalf of a friend or family member you will see their tickets alongside yours (their member number will be next to their ticket).

If you are buying a new season ticket for a friend or family member simply choose a different member from the drop-down list of names when the seat is in your basket to attribute each ticket to the friend or family member in your list. Again friends and family must be ticket validated to be able to purchase seats for them on their behalf.

To add friends and family members login and then click on 'friends and family' from the top of the screen. Then simply match the data requested.

Please note: You cannot move your reserved seat to another location online, you can only purchase the seat that is up for renewal. To move seats please visit the ticket office or call 0844 856 1966.

Season ticket holders' seats will be reserved until close of business on Tuesday 12th January.
