Are you receiving the Club's regular MyPNE e-newsletters? If you aren't you are missing out on some great product promotions, links to offers on mypne.com and all the latest fixture information.

There are two possible reasons why you might not receive the e-newsletter. If your record is stored on the PNE database you have the option of opting in or out of receiving Club communications. To receive the MyPNE e-newsletter you should ensure we have you opted-in on your record.

If you are already opted in you might be sent our e-newsletter but we would encourage you to add our address to your list of contacts so your mailbox recognises that you want to receive mail from us.

Please check your junk folder and ensure you add anything from Preston North End to your contact list. This way you should always receive the e-newsletter direct to your inbox.

We want to communicate with all of our fans as effectively as possible, so please help us by ensuring you are registered on our Club database and that the record we hold for you is up-to-date and accurate. Fans that aren't yet registered can do so at point of sale in the ticket office and Club shop or alternatively online at mypne.com. For fans who are already registered and need a member number reminder or need to check we have up-to-date details recorded, please enquire at the ticket office or Club shop. It only takes a minute and our staff will be happy to check your account for you.

Any fan who has not yet got a free MyPNE membership card can request one, this will store their unique member number, making future transactions quick and easy. There are also a wealth of other cardholders benefits with our card partners such as McDonalds, Odeon Cinema, Tenpin and Haighton Manor.

Any fans logging in to mypne.com can register their details and obtain their unique member number easily. Fans can also use mypne.com to change their details, or alternatively just inform a member of staff in the Club shop and ticket office if any changes to your account is needed.

The Club will shortly be re-vamping it's mypne.com online shopping site and it is important we have accurate details for our registered supporters to enable our fans to experience a smooth transition onto the new site.

So make sure you stay right up-to-date with your Club and help us grow the PNE family.
