The first of many themed away games takes place this Saturday as PNE's travelling contingent will be attempting to 'Yellow out Yorkshire' for the trip to Sheffield Wednesday.

In conjunction with CAST (Club And Supporters Together) the Club wanted to place yellow balloons and yellow clappers on official coaches travelling to Hillsborough on the day. However, Sheffield Wednesday have contacted the Club to request that we do not issue balloons to travelling supporters.

As such PNE will be distributing CAST yellow clappers* but will no longer be handing yellow balloons out on the coaches.

A number of supporters' groups representatives will still be on hand on the day though to help distribute ticker-tape and yellow clappers, as we attempt to create a rousing atmosphere for Alan Irvine's men. Fans are urged to take anything yellow with them and of course get hold of the new 08/09 yellow away shirt.

Due to supplier issues the Club will also not have any yellow wigs in stock prior to the game on Saturday but is hoping to have some in before the next away fixture.

Please note that tickets will be available on the day of the game, but the price will rise by £1 for adult tickets.

Coaches depart Deepdale at 11.30am. Coach prices are £12 for adult MyPNE card holders and £10.50 for concessionary MyPNE card holders, £14 for adult non card holders and £12.50 for concession non card holders.
