His double won the derby, and now Chris Brown has joined the growing band of PNE players to be honoured this week after being named in the Championship Team of the Week.

The fantasy line-up, as selected by analysts from the PA, pays tribute to all those who have excelled for their respective clubs over the course of each round of weekend fixtures, and with his two-goal heroics securing North End's first win at Bloomfield Road since 1992, it didn't take a genius to work out he was well worthy of his place!

He helps to break the monotony of a side largely dominated by pairs of players from four different clubs, with Derby, Doncaster, Reading and Wolves all enjoying the inclusion of two representatives each.
