PNE and CAST ('Club And Supporters Together') have put together a competition to find a photo that captures the highlight of the season so why not use the trip to Swansea as the perfect change to take that unique shot?!

We are looking for a photo that sees PNE fans 'on the road'. It could just be you and your mates at a service station, in a pub near St Andrew's, your car emblazoned with PNE merchandise as you set off, or a shot of you celebrating in the away end at The Liberty Stadium… it just has to encapsulate supporting PNE away from home.

All you need to do is send the photos in to media@pne.com. The best ones will be featured on the website and in the Club's matchday programme and each month we will pick a winner, who will receive tickets and travel to a future away game. The first winner will be announced after the Swansea game. 

Joan Gibbons, of Preston Supporters Group, part of the CAST committee said of the initiative: "PSG are proud to be involved via CAST with such an initiative. This is what CAST is all about, the Club working with the fans to make the match experience all it can be. Preston North End are a family club and pictures of all our mutual exploits and experiences at the different games and grounds can only encourage those that are not sure about travelling to see just what they are missing. Good luck to one and all in the competition and come on you Whites!"

Those thoughts were echoed by Official Supporters Club representative Karen Wolstenholme, who added: "We want everyone to get their cameras out! We think this is an exciting opportunity to capture the true 'spirit' of PNE fans on tour."

There will also be an overall prize at the end of the season, with the winner getting two free tickets and travel to every single away game next season; regardless of what division we are in! And the CAST committee will choose this winner from all the entries that are sent to us.

The more unusual and arty the photos the better - we really want fans to get involved and show the character and personality of PNE fans as they get on road and support Alan Irvine and the Lilywhites for the rest of the 2008/09 campaign.
