Are You Getting The Most Out Of Your Club?

All supporters that have registered on the Club's database at any point in recent years (either via MyPNE.com, the ticket office or Club shop) and have included a valid email address within their registration, can receive regular MyPNE email newsletters with all the latest news on ticketing, merchandise and other Club related events.
The e-newsletters already go out to thousands of North Enders but if you are not currently subscribed, it is a simple process to ensure that you receive them in future.
The Club is also appealing to all fans who might not have provided their email address within their registration, to add this to their record to ensure they don't miss out on news and retail/ticket offers or encounter problems retrieving lost password and login information.
It is recommended that fans simply login online to their MyPNE accounts with their unique member number and password, then click on the 'my details' link at the top of the page and ensure that the 'opt out of Club emails' tick box is unticked. This then ensures that you will receive Club emails.* At the same time it is worth also checking that you have a valid and up to date email address attributed to your account.
MyPNE emailers regularly provide further information and news on all PNE matters ranging from replica kit images, general merchandise offers, ticket news and much more. If you want to be the first to receive the latest images of replica kit and new shop products and sale items for example, then make sure you're setup to receive the MyPNE e-newsletters today.
Supporters can also ask to be setup to be sent e-newsletters in person in the ticket office or Club shop. Simply provide your membership card or member number and inform the staff member that you would like your mail preferences to allow you to receive Club communication.
If supporters are setup to receive the MyPNE e-newsletter but still do not receive anything to the email address they specify then it may be that the sent emails are being filtered into a junk or subfolder within your email program. It is recommended that you mark the email address, or anything coming from PNE/mypne as reputable and trusted. It should then always appear in your inbox. For more information on how to do this for your indivdual email account and how to ensure that our e-newsletters make it through to your inbox and dont get blocked by email filters, please click here.
*Supporters can unsubscribe from receiving emails from Preston North End at anytime by either clicking the unsubscribe link within a sent e-newsletter or by adjusting your personal preferences from the 'my details' section of MyPNE.com once logged in.
