Season Tickets

Season ticket holders can once again easily renew their seats online from the comfort of their homes for the 09/10 season, on PNE's online ticketing and retail service mypne.com.

With the Club's current interim season ticket price period ending at 5pm on Saturday 30th May, there is still some great value for money to be had by securing a place at Deepdale for the next campaign.

One of the ways to secure a seat is via the Club's online service MyPNE.com. For the first time this season the site will also accept new season ticket sales aswell as renewals, and sales and renewals can also now be made on behalf of friends and family members. Fans can easily navigate the MyPNE site to view each stand, block and row of seats inside Deepdale and with a few clicks have purchased their seat for 09/10.

It's a simple procedure and can be completed in a matter of minutes from the comfort of your own home!

Here is our step by step guide to buying/renewing on mypne

1) If you are a regular user and know your login information, go to
www.mypne.com and click on the LOGIN button at the very top of the home page. Login with your unique member number and password. Season ticket holders members numbers should be the same number printed inside the front cover of their season ticket booklets. If you know your member number but have forgotten your password you can 'activate' your account by clicking on the REGISTER button at the top of the screen and then clicking the activate tab on the left of the screen.

2) To login via the member activation tab all you have to provide is your season ticket number (located on the inside cover of your season ticket booklet and also your current membership number), your date of birth and your postcode. The information you supply must match the data we have recorded for you on our database. Click on the 'activate' tab on the left of the REGISTER page to fill in this information in the spaces provided.

If you still have problems logging in please do not re-register but instead email help@mypne.com for any account queries.

3) Once you have successfully logged in, click the season tickets button at the top of the site.

4) You will now see season ticket details for the 2009/10 season. To renew your seat(s) please click on the word SELECT. You should now see the seat(s) that we currently have reserved for you (your current season ticket seat).

If you are not a current season ticket holder, when you click SELECT you will simply see a plan of the stadium from which you can select your required stand/block and eventually the seat you wish to purchase.

5) To renew your seat(s) please press SELECT next to the ticket you wish to renew and complete the necessary required payment information and proceed with your transaction as normal.

You must be validated to purchase tickets online in order to buy or renew your season ticket seat. If you are not validated you may see the message 'no allocation remains'. Please enquire at the ticket office or email
help@mypne.com to request account validation. Validations are normally processed within 72 hours.

Any supporters that wish to purchase tickets on behalf of friends or family members are now able to add them to their list in the new 'friends and family' option.

By entering unique details of the members they wish to add, friends and family that you would like to include in any booking either now or in the future, can have their ticket attributed to their account.

This means that someone can purchase tickets for fellow members of their family online and ensure that the tickets are recorded against each member's account history. When logging in, if you are renewing on behalf of a friend or family member you will see their tickets alongside yours (their member number will be next to their ticket).

If you are buying  a new season ticket for a friend or family member simply choose a different member from the drop-down list of names when the seat is in your basket to attribute each ticket to the friend or family member in your list. Again friends and family must be ticket validated to be able to purchase seats for them on their behalf.

To add friends and family members login and then click on 'friends and family' from the top of the screen. Then simply match the data requested.

Please note: You cannot move your reserved seat to another location online, you can only purchase the seat that is up for renewal. To move seats please visit the ticket office or call 0844 856 1966.
