Museum Set For Super Summer Events

Posted on: Sat 25 Jul 2009

It promises to be the busiest summer yet at Deepdale's National Football Museum, with a wide variety of different events taking place throughout the holiday months of July and August.

The Museum's family friendly exhibits appeal to visitors of all ages, and don't forget that entrance, as ever, is free!

If you haven't yet taken the chance to head along and take a look at 'Local Hero' - the Museum's excellent tribute to Sir Tom Finney - you should make it your first port of call, but that's not all.

Over the weekend of Saturday 25th July (the day we play Stoke City) and Sunday 26th July, the National Football Museum welcomes a variety of legends such as Sir Geoff Hurst, Gordon Banks, Neville Southall and Bruce Grobelaar, allowing you to secure some star name autographs and even take penalties against some of the former keepers! Don't miss the following great events either...
