We are looking for two contestants to take part in our Golden Ball half-time competition at Saturday's game against Watford at Deepdale.
We've had some big Golden Ball winners this season with several contestants bagging themselves a whopping £50 worth of Club shop vouchers and many others regularly winning up to £30. In fact we've had winners at all but three fixtures this season.
How would you like to join them and win yourself a nice tidy shopping spree in the Club shop?!
We're now looking for contestants for the Watford fixture here on Saturday 3rd April at Deepdale. To take part you must be coming to the game and email matchday@pne.com with 'Golden Ball' as your email subject, including your name and phone number.
The two contestants will be picked out of the hat and contacted just after the 12 noon deadline on Thursday 1st April.
GOLDEN BALL RULES
The idea of 'Golden Ball' is simple, two fans must kick footballs (spaced out at progressively more difficult distances from goal) worth £10, £15 and £25 into the empty net. Whatever your score after those kicks, fans can essentially decide to double up the amount they are on, or risk going home with nothing if they attempt the Golden Ball question and Golden Ball shot.
For example, if a fan scores with the £10 ball only, they can go for the Golden Ball question to either double that amount to £20 (if they score the £25 ball they can anser the question and double up to £50) or if they answer incorrectly, risk ending with nothing.
If a contestant decides against going for the Golden Ball question, and for example stays on £10, they run the risk of their competitor scoring more than they do.
The Golden Ball true or false question is then shown on the screen and get it right and you can attempt to kick the Golden Ball into the empty goal, get it wrong and it's game over!
The winner is the fan with the highest winning amount, which can then be taken home in PNE shop vouchers. In the event of a draw, the winner is the fan that completed the three initial kicks in the quickest time.
To take part simply email matchday@pne.com with 'Golden Ball' in the subject line of the email and you could be the entertainment at half-time at the Watford game. Again be sure to include your phone number within your email.
