Richard Chaplow has been named in the official Championship team of the week this season after his all-action, goalscoring display at Leicester City.

The midfielder made the team of the week twice in successive weeks last season and this is the first time he has been selected since September 2008.

Chappy joins former teammate and fellow weekend goalscorer Sean St Ledger in the Press Association-selected side, with Newcastle's hat-trick hero Kevin Nolan partnering him in central midfield.
