Andreas Arestidou agreed to extend his stay at Deepdale for a further season after impressing during his first year at the Club.
The 21-year-old began his career with Blackburn Rovers at the age of 11 and progressed through the youth ranks at Ewood Park before being snapped up by former PNE boss Paul Simpson for Shrewsbury at the start of the last campaign.
Arestidou has also had international experience at youth level for England and will be looking to further impress Phil Brown and push his goalkeeping competitors for the number one jersey.
