The Ingol-born striker signed on professional terms with Preston North End in January 2010 alongside fellow local lad George Miller.
Proctor is a strong and pacy striker who can play up front or on either side of a front three and has formed a devastating partnership with Neil Dougan and Ryan McGreevy for Jamie Hoyland's youth team.
Signed on as a 16-year-old is a lifelong Preston North End fan who scored a crucial equaliser for the youth team against Sunderland in the fourth round of the FA Youth Cup in January 2010.
He has already been on the bench for the first team, appearing as an unused substitute against Tottenham Hotspur in the Carling Cup in September 2009.
Proctor has also played for the first team in pre-season friendlies and has featured regularly for the Club's reserve team.
