Bailey Wright is highly rated by the Preston North End management, and was rewarded with a two and a half year contract for his valiant displays in the heart of defence for the senior, reserve and youth team.
The young Australian defender signed on the dotted line last December, making his league debut for the Club against Norwich City at Carrow Road last March.
Wright has come to prominence at Deepdale since his arrival from Melbourne. The 18-year-old joined the Lilywhites after captaining and guiding his state side Victoria to the National Championship Finals.
Phil Brown has said he will be using the Club's talented youngsters this season and Wright certainly falls under that category.
