Preston North End youth star Bailey Wright has now successfully completed his first season as a Lilywhite and it couldn't have gone much better.
The Aussie has already proven his credentials in his first year as a scholar and the youngster played a huge part in the youth team's cup and league double success.
Wright's season was unfortunately marred in the final few games of the season when picking up a shoulder injury in the reserves defeat to Oldham Athletic but the man from down under insisted it is on the mend.
Currently Bailey is back in his own country of Australia gearing up for another campaign but took time out to give PNE.com an update of his time spent at the other corner of the world so far.
And it even appears that the weather here is better than over there!

Saturday: I went down to my local football club 'Langwarrin' to watch their first team play - the team I played for before I came to Preston. Langwarrin was the first club I started playing football for when I was five-years-old.
In the late afternoon I went to my mates BBQ for his 18th Birthday celebrations. It was good catching up with mates I haven't yet caught up with.
Sunday: Watched the FA Cup final with my dad at one o'clock in the morning to support Chelsea! It was a great win, you beauty!
On Sunday night I watched my good mate Shaun Voke in his first real kickboxing fight. It was a good night, he was the first fight of a total of eight.
Monday: Went into Chapel Street in Melbourne to go shopping with my mate Shaun, weather was beautiful (around 20 degrees celsius), and its just about our winter!
On Monday afternoon I completed my fitness programme which has been set for us by the coaches at PNE.
Tuesday: In the morning went into my local gym and did some weights and swimming but I'm still not able to do much upper body weights because of my shoulder.
My shoulder is improving now and I' m still doing exercises every day for it to strengthen and recover. The weather again was a nice sitting at a sunny 20 degrees.
Wednesday: Went to watch one of my old teams play VIS, who are now called NTC. It was good catching up with old coaches and seeing what new young players are coming through. NTC is a team full of the top players in Victoria all around the age from 14-16.
Thursday: Had physio in the morning for my shoulder and my physio here in Australia, Cameron Dunkerley, has been happy with the progress that my shoulder is making. Once again I went down to my local football club Langwarrin to do more summer training.
Thursday was an unusual day for my area news wise! We had six young boys escape from juvenile jail and were on the run just five minutes away from me. There were helicopters and police cars all over the area - luckily the lads were caught in the end.
Friday: I rode my dad's bike down to the local gym and did some weights and swimming. Swimming has been the best rehabilitation so far for strengthening my shoulder.
On Friday night I went to my relatives house to catch up my auntie Nadine, uncle Warren and my little cousins Floyd, Angus and Nelly. I brought over Preston kits for Angus and Floyd because they are now Preston North End supporters.
