Walk And Talk For Lilywhites

Preston North End Community and Education Trust runs a weekly walking group for men and women of all ages; Walk And Talk For Lilywhites.

Walk And Talk For Lilywhites runs every Thursday to encourage people to combine the benefits of face-to-face social interaction and physical exercise by walking around Moor Park alongside like-minded people and PNECET staff.

There is no limit on participant numbers for the PNECET Walk and Talk For Lilywhites group, however, those wishing to take part must complete our online registration form ahead of their first session, which you can access by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.

The group is running in partnership with Walk & Talk 4 Men, a men’s mental health support group that meets a couple of times a month to allow people to chat in a safe space without judgement.

The PNECET Walk And Talk For Lilywhites group is for both men and women, of all ages, while the Walk & Talk 4 Men groups, running separately to PNECET’s own provision, remains for men only.

Every Thursday, we initially meet at 10.15am at the Sir Tom Finney Splash statue, before our walk begins at 10.30am around Moor Park.
