As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, Preston North End striker Emil Riis met with Back On Track participants from Moor Park High School pitchside at Deepdale.
Back On Track is a mental health support programme delivered by Preston North End Community and Education Trust [PNECET] staff in high schools across Preston.
The participants enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of Deepdale before being introduced to Riis, who shared some of the ways he looks after his mental health as a professional footballer - both on and off the pitch.
