The experienced goalkeeper first signed on loan at the Club from West Bromwich Albion in February 2016.

Lindegaard joined North End to return to playing regular football, keeping a cleansheet on his PNE debut in a 0-0 draw with Derby County on 2nd February 2016.


The Danish stopper brought with him a wealth of experience at both club and national level, in the Premier League with Manchester United, and on the international stage with Denmark.


 Lindegaard made the move to Deepdale permanent in the summer of 2016, signing a one-year deal after leaving West Brom.


After enjoying his loan spell at the Club, Lindegaard described it as a ‘no brainer’ when making his decision to join North End.
