Another fixture that could be affected is the FA Cup tie with Millwall. Should a replay be needed to decide the third round clash with the Lions, this would be played on Wednesday 16th January, with a 7.45pm kick-off at Deepdale and not Tuesday 15th January as previously announced.
The npower League One clash with Walsall will now be put back 24 hours from Saturday 12th January to Sunday 13th January, still with a 3pm kick-off at Deepdale.
This has a knock on effect for other North End games.
The Lilywhites clash with the Sky Blues will be played on Thursday 10th January, with a 7.45pm kick-off live on Sky Sports.
