Preston North End will travel to the south coast this weekend to face Portsmouth.
Portsmouth recorded encouraging draws in their last two games against Coventry City and League One table toppers Tranmere Rovers and will be looking to make it three unbeaten against Graham Westley’s men.
Pompey are starting to settle into life without former boss and ex PNE midfielder Michael Appleton, with Guy Whittingham currently caretaker boss.
It will be the first time North End and Portsmouth have clashed in the third tier of English football in 30 years.
The Lilywhites will make their first visit to Fratton Park since April 2011, and will be looking for their first win at the famous old stadium since October 2001 when Lee Cartwright scored in a 1-0 Preston victory.
The Club are offering supporters the chance to travel to Portsmouth for just £15 courtesy of PNE Travel, which applies to both adults and concessions.
Coaches will depart Deepdale/Leyland at 8am with prices £15 for all.
