Preston North End can confirm that goalkeeping coach Ali Uzunhasanoglu has left the Club with immediate effect.
He left the Club on Thursday, having joined the Lilywhites last January with the arrival of his former employer Graham Westley at Deepdale.
In an interim period, manager Simon Grayson has asked former North End goalkeeper and Republic of Ireland international goalkeeping coach Alan Kelly to look after training for the custodians until the end of the season and he has agreed to do so.
Kelly joined Declan Rudd and Thorsten Stuckmann for training on Friday at Springfields and will prepare the keepers ahead of the clash with Scunthorpe United at Deepdale on Saturday.
A decision on a long term appointment in this key area of the manager’s coaching staff will be made at the end of the season.
