King Out With Fractured Metatarsal

10 August 2013

Jack King will be out of action for two or three months with a fractured metatarsal.

The 27-year-old suffered the injury in PNE’s pre-season 1-1 stalemate with Rochdale at Spotland Stadium on 27th July.

The former Swansea City trainee will have an operation on his foot in due course and hopes to be back in action as soon as possible.

Since arriving at Deepdale last summer, King has impressed with his incredible work rate and fiercely competitive spirit – scoring seven goals in 45 appearances last season for the Lilywhites.

Everyone at the Club would like to wish Jack a speedy recovery.
