Last year the Club’s matchday programme won two awards as the League One programme of the year and this year we aim to repeat that feat, giving you something back at the same time!
In each edition of The One And Only in 2013/14 there will be a voucher; if you collect ten during the season and hand then in when you buy your 2014/15 season ticket you will go into a draw to get 100 per cent of money back!
That’s not all you will get from this season’s The One And Only – pick up this Saturday’s first edition of the season and you will get a A2 poster of the 2013/14 completely free of charge with every issue. This is not attached or stapled in, so you will be able to put it up, or keep it separate to your programme.
The programme itself has had a tweak rather than the usual overhaul! Having got great feedback last season we have just added some new features and made it just as entertaining as previous years.
The opening edition has an extended interview with Kevin Davies, special revealing new features with Thorsten Stuckmann, Scott Laird and Paul Huntington – who picks a team of the best players he has played with during his career.
We have some special guest columnists during the season and this edition features the LEP’s Dave Seddon and WWE susperstar Wade Barrett who talks about the season ahead and his favourite moments of supporting the Lilywhites. We also have a section on the Invincibles in their 125th anniversary year.
Our biggest overhaul has been within the Junior Whites section and this includes a special cartoon of a player each game – this week featuring North End’s new No.9 Kevin Davies.
There is so much more; with 84 packed pages, perfect bound – and we are using that perfect bound spine to good use this season, as if you collect all the editions of the matchday magazine throughout the season, they will join together to make a special picture in a celebratory anniversary year for the Club.
