In-Stadia Betting Returns To Deepdale

12 July 2013

Preston North End are delighted to confirm that supporters will be able to bet on the games in the ground again from the start of the 2013/14 season

An agreement has been reached with new start-up betting company Bet Sid to provide betting facilities for all supporters on both the concourses and in corporate areas at Deepdale.

They will be open from the moment the lounges/turnstiles open on matchday and will also open for fans to collect any winnings from the Sir Tom Finney Stand collections window outside the ground at the end of the game.

Speaking about the new deal PNE’s general manager Ben Rhodes said: “We have been looking for a new betting partner for quite some time and are delighted that Betsid have come on board.

“We recognise that for many, their matchday rituals include having a bet on the game and they will now be able to do that at Deepdale once again.

“We are also looking at running all the latest scores on the big screen at Deepdale to allow those who want to follow their betting slips during the game to do so.”

Betsid's operations manager Paul Kirkby said: “As a Preston Lad I’m proud for Betsid's first venture to be at my home town ground; our high end service will be a market leader with bespoke betting solutions in the concourse and hospitality areas. It will be the full match day package.”

Betsid will operate for the first time at Deepdale for Saturday’s pre-season friendly versus Liverpool.
