Preston North End’s 2013/14 kit will feature a specially commissioned badge incorporating the City’s traditional ‘PP’ crest.
The anniversary badge which will feature on all first team and replica shirts for one season has the traditional crest of Preston with the Club’s name above it and the Invincibles anniversary below it on ribbon banners.
The new kit, bearing the international sportswear brand Nike for the first time, is still to be launched, but will have the crest on it from the Liverpool fixture on 13th July.
A Club spokesman said of the design: “We wanted to incorporate the PP badge of the City within this very special season for the Football League and the Club itself and also pay tribute to the Invincibles achievement.
“It makes this season’s kit a very special one in our history and we hope that Simon and the team can enjoy great success wearin g it.”
Details of the Club’s new Nike kit and sale dates will be announced in the next few weeks.
