Fans To Name Community Office

27 June 2013

Preston North End is currently renovating its community department and the North End faithful have been asked to name the suites.

The new community office – to be called the Sir Tom Finney Community and Learning Centre, is situated in the Alan Kelly Town End and has three brand new suites inside which will be used by schools,  Junior Whites and Whites For Life members, as well as being available for various projects in and around the Preston community throughout the week.

These three rooms need to be named and that’s where you, the fans come in.

Using social media and by emailing the Club, you can vote for any player throughout the history of Preston North End to have one of the suites named after them.

Some of the names likely to be at the forefront of people’s minds will be Gareth Ainsworth, Graham Alexander, David Eyres, Sean Gregan, Kevin Kilbane, Chris Lucketti, Jon Macken, Paul McKenna and David Lucas but this list is by no means exclusive and the choice is yours!

With the Invincibles, Sir Tom Finney, Alan Kelly and Bill Shankly already honoured with stands named after them, this is a great opportunity for others to go down in North End folklore.

To vote, post under the relevant message on Facebook, Tweet @pnefc using the hashtag #community or email community@pne.com.
