Club Faces Disciplinary Action

2 May 2013

The Club could face disciplinary action and a possible fine after a small number of supporters’ behaviour at Sheffield United.

The release of two fire crackers, one in each half, at Bramall Lane was report to The FA by the match referee, meaning the Club have had to respond to questions from the governing body.

Charges could follow, meaning the actions of the individual or individuals in question could end up costing the Club money.

All fans are reminded that they represent their football club every game they attend, whether at Deepdale or away from home, and any behaviour that breaches acceptable levels or any ground regulations, puts themselves and the Club at risk of action from the authorities.

Our away support this season has been magnificent and the fans have got right behind Simon and his staff since their arrival, so please ensure that this support continues within the regulations, so as not to spoil the day for those fans who want to back their team to success.

Thanks for your continued support and cooperation.
