Chris Beardsley was the most active member of the players currently out on loan, getting 90 minutes under his belt twice in four days against Oxford United and Cheltenham Town.

In the first of those matches, Beardsley came up against Nicky Wroe in a 1-1 draw, the midfielder also getting a full match under his belt.

In Beardsley’s second game of the week, Bristol Rovers beat Cheltenham 1-0.

Young duo Ben Davies and Will Hayhurst both played against Cheltenham on Saturday in a 0-0 draw at Bootham Cresecent.

Davies helped the Minstermen to another cleansheet, playing the full 90 and Hayhurst came off the bench for an 18 minutes appearance.

Shane Cansdell-Sherriff was another to keep the back door firmly shut, in a 1-0 win at the Globe Arena against Morecambe.

The Aussie getting another 90 minutes of game time after returning from a broken cheekbone.
