Neil Kilkenny has signed a permanent deal with the Lilywhites until at least the end of the season.
The Australian international midfielder’s loan from Bristol City came to an end after his man of the match performance in North End’s FA Cup draw with Ipswich.
He agreed a contract cancellation with Bristol and then signed a permanent deal with PNE immediately.
The No.37 will be eligible for selection for the weekend’s trip to Wolves and is delighted to have his future secured.
“I have enjoyed my time here so far, everyone has been so welcoming,” he said. “I already knew the manager and his assistant from my time at Leeds and hopefully the results and performances we have had so far can carry on.
“This is a brand new start for me and it is a great Club, so I am looking forward to it. We want to kick on, keep winning and hopefully we’ll be right up there at the end of the season.”
