Preston North End would like to make their fans aware that certain matches involving the Lilywhites may be rearranged during the 2014/15 season due to international commitments.
With the likes of Bailey Wright, Chris Humphrey, Andy Little, Scott Wiseman, Alan Browne and Will Hayhurst recently involved with their respective nations, the Club would like to take the chance to advise fans of which games any call-ups could affect, so that travel and accommodation plans are not booked without due thought and consideration.
The matches which North End are scheduled to play on international weekends are as follows:
Saturday 6th September – Leyton Orient (A)
Saturday 11th October - Swindon Town (A)
Saturday 15th November – Bradford City (H)
Saturday 28th March – Fleetwood Town (A)
The Club are aware that matches such as the trip to face the O’s were highlights of last season with a fantastic away following, and with a local derby against the Cod Army and a home match with the Bantams also fixtures which could possibly be affected, we have decided to reiterate these dates so that as few of our loyal fans as possible are affected by any changes.
