Summer recruit Jordan Hugill expressed his delight following his first goal for the Lilywhites.
The striker opened his account in the 12th minute of Tuesday’s 2-0 pre-season victory over Bamber Bridge, heading home John Welsh’s free kick.
And the North End No.25 is hoping that goal is the first of many for his new Club.
Speaking to PNE Player following the full-time whistle, Hugill said: “All a striker wants to do is get goals and now I am finally off the mark I can hopefully improve and get some more.”
