Preston North End new boy Kyel Reid is already getting to know the Springfields gym ahead of the rest of the first team joining him for pre-season training.
Simon Grayson’s men return from their summer break tomorrow, but winger Reid was working hard with first team physiotherapist Matt Jackson on Tuesday – his first official day with the Club, as he continues his rehabilitation.
And with a double session for the day already under his belt, Reid spoke to PNE Player for the first time about his move from Yorkshire to Lancashire.
Discussing his current mind-set, the winger said: “I want to get myself right and I am in that frame of mind that I am going to put the hard work in, get my head down and just make sure things are ready for me when I’m ready to step back out on that training pitch and join the rest of the boys.”
