Preston North End’s Academy will begin their 2014/15 Football League Youth Alliance North West Conference season away to Accrington Stanley.
Fixtures for Nick Harrison’s U18’s new campaign have now been announced with 30 games scheduled between August and April.
The youth team, which finished in mid table last term, will travel to face Stanley on Saturday 2nd August, kick-off 11am, before hosting Port Vale six days later at Victory Park, Chorley.
The first of two crunch local derbies against Blackpool will take place on Saturday 1st November and the corresponding fixture will be played on Saturday 21st March.
The young Lilywhites will complete their league season with a trip to Birkenhead to face Tranmere Rovers in April.
